Jura Giga 5 - SOLVED When rinsing the coffee system it spits shot of water in to the waste bin

Hersteller: Jura | Typ-/Modell: Giga 5 | ca. Baujahr: 2017

Giga 5 started spitting water in to the grounds waste bin with every rinse of the coffee system.
I have first rebuilt the outlet pressure valve - no change, bought new one and the problem doesn't go away.
Tried to swap the brewing unit, still no change.
Nothing changes in the brewing quality it just leaves very soggy mess in the grounds waste bin since all the pucks are saturated with the splashes of water.
The splash of water comes at the very end of the rinse from the upper brewing piston area.

Any ideas what else it could be?

Which outlet valve did you replace? 1 or 2:

I was talking about the "M" valve that is letting water to the brewing unit but I have already replaced the "I" valve as well since it was in bad shape when I was refurbishing the machine. The "I" valve puffs occasionally as well but that goes to the water tray so that doesn't bother me. Strange, almost feels like there is overpressure in the machine. (Same with the puffing of the hot water outlet I complained about earlier this year)

Every coffee system rinse produces this much of water in the bin, This happens at the very end of the rinse cycle.
Can't figure it out.

Yes, I even took brewing unit from perfectly working x8c and in the 5 it is still doing the same thing.
Also tried new drainage valve motor and new pump, no change.

Something with the Ceramic valve (M) or the magnetic valve (L]?
Too much pressure in the steam heater that hits back?

M valve is brand new
Not sure what could be wrong with the ceramic valve, since everything else is working fine. Should I take it a part you think?
I just check the L valve, looks like new inside out, no scale deposits at all.

Have you ever made a YouTube video with the grounds tray and grounds container removed, showing whether the water is flowing in from above via the grounds chute or from below through the drain valve?

If the pump isn't running, there's actually no sensible position based on the water flow diagram that would allow enough pressure in the machine to open the 4-bar outlet valve in front of the brewing unit. You're using a 4-bar version, aren't you?

Only if the ceramic valve were positioned in such a way that backflow from the steam area into the water circuit was possible—and this pressure were more than 4 bar—could it even come through the drain valve.
However, such a position is not provided for in the watercourse and could only be caused by a blockage of the condenser.

To be honest not sure if the outlet valve is 4bar, the model number is 66289. Both M and I valves are the same.
The condenser is 100% not blocked.
I'll put it back together and will make video of the problem.

There is no function of the drain valve!
Not a drop of water is drained…
You can also see how the brewing unit twists because of that.

Sometimes you miss the forest for the trees…

BS, but why only when doing the flush? It works fine otherwise since when cleaning the water tray after doing couple cups, it does have water in it. If we do lots of milk based drinks it's even more full.
I also swapped brewing unit from working machine and same problem, that would mean there is problem with the controller or the drainage motor ( motor was changed as well)
The video was taken on initial power on flush, I'll see if there is difference when doing manual flush.

Just tested, and you are right BS, only residual water comes from the condenser.
I also noticed (and it can be seen in the video posted) that the left side of the drainage valve flexes down when flushing.
What you think about that?

Confirmed, drainage motor is dead.

I feel ashamed I didn't think of that

Did you see pinout for the motor anywhere? I will play with it to see what happened but it would be easier with some wiring diagram.
