      Hi folks!
      I did search the issue here but I suspect because I use auto translate from German it did not get me any results :(

      I just got my hands on F8 TFT (machine was dirty inside, so did complete cleaning and brew group rebuild)
      Now the machine works "fine" but looks like it will randomly shut off. (Will power back on if I press the power button again)
      Happened when:
      pulled the drawer when requested to start cleaning
      again in the middle of the cleaning process (just wanted to reset it)

      Never yet while brewing.
      I'm afraid to start descaling so I don't get it in to endless loop.

      Any ideas?
      I suspect some power supply problem on the control board but before I dig in to it perhaps someone already knows what to do?

      Thanks for reply Roland, as explained if I use search I get ZERO results since I'm using Google translator. Believe me I tried.
      I took the board out and there is some water damage on the bottom right corner by the relay and diode.

    • De-soldered everything suspect and to my surprise all components tested good and even diodes are within specs.
      The relay after cleaning all oxide on the outside looks sealed so I will reinstall it for now since I have no replacement cell phone.

      EDIT:
      Just to finish here, replaced those 4 Diodes as Tobi suggested and machine is now working great!
      I'm still puzzled why they all 4 test OK but, sometimes there has to be mystery :)

    • The problem with the diodes is often not measurable and is/might also be temperature-related.

      It can also happen that the machine works for a while and then stops working again. I have a friend with a Jura A5 who wanted to come over several times because the machine kept turning off, but "just in time" before an appointment, it always worked again – and then for months.

      Since she doesn't want to go without coffee, she just keeps leaving it as it is...

      Just for the fun of it I will test them on professional machine that is designed to pick the best parts for critical reliability manufacturing.
      It will take some time when I have the opportunity to do that but I'll report back.
