Also, if you let milk sit, the proteins in it will settle to the bottom. Generally is good idea to shake it before you pour it in the container.

Also make sure you got correct lead to each flowmeter ... I did purchased machine with the same problem months ago and the only problem was that the flowmeter connections were swapped

Just a little update on the alu refinishing, the wrap is easy to work with, biggest challenge is always the outside corner, but it's doable. Just to update, Deoxit took care of the encoder virtually immediately, I think the machine was sitting unused for long time. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts. Ordered the replacement encoder as well so if it stops working I will swap it then.

Strangely enough the machine only has 19k shots on the clock, so pretty early failure. Thanks BS, Tobias.L and RolandM I will replace it!

Well, machine is assembled all back and running great, however there is new issue I need to resolve. On the rotating selector switch the rotary dial is very unreliable, you have to spin it very fast to get any response, and it jumps back and forth. The contacts must be oxidized perhaps because it wasn't used much. Rotating it for while improved the reliability but not nearly enough to live with it. Anyone tried to clean it, or should I just get replacement and replace it on the board? Thanks
