Hi, I am sorry that I will talk in English but maybe someone will understand me and can help me. So the problem with this coffee machine and others from the same ECAM series is that I can't change transmission without removing trolley(072 7313212631 TROLLEY). Stupid manufacturer put adhesive on these two T20 screws and don't mention about that in any service manuals. These two T20 screws with big washers screws in brass bushing which moves in plastic slider(5513214661 SLIDER). Maybe someone have a solution for this? Cause I think heating up these two screws is the only solution that could work but it can damage plastic.

    • I`m not sure, that i understood you correctly: You mean that these two screws are broken and you can not open it? Cause the head from the screws is broken?

Normally it is only a little bit "screws securing" and you can unscrew with a little bit force.

    • I solved this problem by heating up screwdriver end with a flame and touching screws several times to heat them up. And they unscrew easily cause they use threadlock paste to keep them in place. Using force is not an option cause I already damaged plastic slider and needed to cut it out with rotary tool. I have another problem with similar coffee machine. Tried with two infusers and they "legs" got broken. Checked microswitches seemed ok. So I found information in service manual about faulty compensatory system and infusers made from 2012 which needs replacement. Maybe someone got problem with that and should I replace something else?
