Hello,
I found your wonderful forum by accident searching for info and save parts for my old coffee machine.
I'm located in Greece that's why I'm writing in English, apologize for that.
So let me describe my problem:
Although the machine was working ok, sadly two days back i pressed the power button and remained on heating but never heated!!
I opened it and I found the two safety thermostats triggered. After i pushed them, I run a descale sysle two times (i thought that there should be a lot of scale inside) and the machine worked ok (i made three cups of coffee).
The problem is that after some minutes the safety thermostats got triggered again..
So my question is: Do I have to change the thermoblock? (mine is pretty clean without leaks/discoloration etc, and the coffee flow is ok) or should i make other checks?
I suspect the thermoblock or the ptc sensor measuring the temperature. Is there any hidden service menu in order to check what temperature "reads" ?
Thank you in advance for your time
