hi all,

I am trying to help someone from a distance.
He has a Jura D4 and his machine is starting and cleans with no problems.. but he push the coffee button the machine starts grinding. After that nothing happening and the coffee en espresso lights are flashing.

What is the meaning of this flasing? Error 8?
Machine and brewunit are clean and moving.
