      Hello,

      I have noticed that the cleaning cycle is not going through the normal process. I perform weekly cleaning cycles to ensure quality tasting coffee, so I am not sure if this has contributed to the change in the cycle. It seems that during the cleaning, no water is coming out of the spout, it collects in the tray and the coffee grounds container only.
      There is no problem with normal brewing of coffee, though.

      I do notice that water collects in the coffee ground container when initially turning on the machine as it goes through the heating cycle to warm up. Also, quite a bit of water collects in the same coffee ground container when shutting off the machine. I have not seen that much water before in this machines (or any of my machines). Thank you in advance for any insight or help.

    • The micro brewing unit is a bit more fragile than the large brewing unit. There could be a problem with the brewing seals, or something with the gear drive for the lower brewing piston. However, I would first replace the brewing piston O-rings and check the mechanical functionality of the other components.
