Broken coffee brewing group. One of the three springs on the top is broken due to use and coffee buildup from improper maintenance.

I need to replace the coffee brewing group.
---> Question: Is it correct to buy the "new version" of the coffee brewing group? Art. Number 20104
I haven't found Art. Number 00607268. Is it also necessary?
Regarding Art. Number 00607268, is it the same one I already have on the old brewing group, or do I have to order this reference?
The problem started with a water leak in the drain pan.
Now "all" the water goes directly into the drain pan: it runs directly and vertically through the brew group, and sometimes, during tests, very little water comes out of the drain valve, only at the end.
---> Question: Is it worth replacing the drain valve as well to avoid problems? Art. Number 622540 + O-ring Art. Number 10108 (MVQ) + O-ring Art. Number 10159
To replace the above components

Do I need to replace any other parts?
Are there any other O-rings that are recommended for maintenance?
