Recently acquired another two x8c units, and the "fun" with these never ends
While working on one of them I discovered that when you use the hot water dispenser or flushing the frother,
there is slight water flow from the drainage valve stem that inserts water in the brewing chamber on the brewing unit.
Swapped the brewing units, and problem persists.
Would you think that this is the ceramic valve not closing the passage properly?
I did descale it as well.
Looks like the CV is fairly new and this machine has "only" 40k preparations. It's not the machine where I had to take drastic measure. and cast the valve block to epoxy
