Jura Giga X8c Professional - Milk frothing/foam started to develop large bubbles ( brand new frother installed)

Hersteller: Jura | Typ-/Modell: Giga X8c Professional | ca. Baujahr: 2016

I got in x8c machine that suddenly started to make poor microfoam.
The froth is full of large bubbles. Ordered complete new frother and exactly the same thing is happening.
Where would you look now to solve this problem?
What is the size of those 2 orings where the frother is attached? Is it possible that it takes some air in that area?
Ideas?

Unfortunately no idea if the frother is replaced complete.
Also don‘t know the size of the o-rings.

The milk-hose is original and has no cracks or cuts?

Yes, all brand new.
Strangely enough those big bubbles start developing right after the frothing ends.
Not enough protein in the milk? I don't know. Most of the foam disappears within 5 minutes
