      I just got Giga X3c and after cleaning ( no lubrication of any kind) the coffee spout will not hold in place, it will slowly lower it itself all the way down.
      Looks like the front black band is the tensioner, (and covers the cavity) but I don't see any adjustable part anywhere.
      Hot water side is perfect.
      Any idea how to adjust it?

    • There is a red knurled nut. If you turn the 1-2 or 3 notches clockwise, the fabric band that holds the spout in position is tightened. Then he stays level. BUT CAUTION only tension as much as absolutely necessary. If there is too much tension, the risk of the band breaking increases. Then you need a completely new spout like in the picture - and that is VERY expensive.




      Here you can see the knurled nut - you probably have to take out the transformer and use needle-nose pliers to turn it.

    • Just one klick more tension then it goes down.
      So that is just keeps it‘s position.
      Every click more increases the risk of a defect.
