      Servus ihr schlauen Köpfe!

      meine Z8 hat seit kurzem das Problem, dass das gelbe/orange Licht beim Kaffeeauslauf sporadisch flackert. In der Regel nur beim ersten Bezug, dann geht es wieder. Das weiße Licht funktioniert einwandfrei.
      Nun die Frage: Kann ich hier was reparieren? Ich habe noch eine Z6 als "Teilespender". Die Leuchte dürften ja die selben sein, kann ich hier was tauschen oder sind die Leuchten angeklebt/verklebt?

      Sonst würde ich einfach damit leben.

    • Ja, es ist ein Riesenaufwand.
      Die LEDs sind einfach Schrott bei der Maschine und es wird über kurz oder lang wieder passieren. Auch
      gibt es diese nirgends als einzelnes Ersatzteil.
      Das einzige was geht wenn man keine funktionierenden LEDs aus einem Ausschlachtauslauf hat ist, den kompletten Auslauf für knapp 200€ zu tauschen.

      Ich habe schon überall geschaut und nirgends passende LEDs zum Einbau in das LED-Gehäuse gefunden. Es ist eine Doppel-Led die, wenn der Strom in der einen Richtung fließt, amberfarben leuchtet und wenn er andersrum fließt, die LED weiß leuchtet. Geht also je nach Polung die jeweilige Farbe - aber Achtung die Spannungen sind auch so unterschiedlich, dass die LED sofort durchbrennt wenn man zum Testen erst die falsche Richtung mit der falschen (hohen) Spannung nimmt!

      The only thing that works if you don't have any working LEDs from a dismantling spout is to replace the entire spout for just under €200.

      I've looked everywhere and haven't found any suitable LEDs to install in the LED housing. It is a double LED that when the current flows in one direction, lights up amber and when it flows the other way, the LED lights up white. So depending on the polarity, the respective color works - but be careful, the voltages are so different that the LED will burn out immediately if you take the wrong direction with the wrong (high) voltage to test!

      I have a few pictures, but they are a bit blurry - if that's not enough, I'll have to try to get them better:



      The LEDs are cast into the plexiglass holder. The voltages (I don't know where "+" was applied) are about 2V in one direction for "Amber" and about 3.2V in the other direction for "White". Maybe 1732 means 1.7V Amber and 3.2V White

      I fear that the LEDs will simply overheat and not be cooled enough because, in addition to not dissipating heat, they are also in the area of hot water vapor. In other Jura-devices, cup lighting failures are not so common, they last “forever”.

    • Es ist tatsächlich eine große Arbeit, da man den Auslauf
      ausbauen und komplett zerlegen muss. Das größte
      Problem ist aber, dass man keine Ersatz LEDs erhält,
      somit ist es von daher schon faktisch unmöglich den
      Auslauf zu reparieren…

      This all sounds correct, I'm just trying now to source the right colors
      When input current "+" and "-", X lighted
      when input current "-" and "+", Y lighted
      Forward Voltage: 1.8V ~ 2.2V DC for X 3.0V ~ 3.4V DC for Y

    • Du siehst auf dem Bild die Leuchtfläche.
      ist also eher eine flache Scheibe, bei der
      seitlich die Kabel rausgehen - zumindest
      erscheint es so…

      Ich hätte noch den Auslauf der Z6, aber ehrlicherweise bin ich mal am Ausbau der Front bei der Aluvariante verzweifelt, weil ich nicht an alle Schrauben gekommen bin. Ich wüsste auch garnicht wie ich ohne diesen Schritt an den Auslauf kommen... und über Kopf arbeiten eher unangenehm :D

    • Hallo die ALU-Teile sind von hinten jeweils mit 3 Muttern festgeschraubt.
      Ob man an diese aber "einfach so rankommt" kann ich DIr leider auch
      nicht sagen, da ich bislang nur Z6 mit titan oder silbernem Kunststoff hatte
      und bei diesen die Kunststoffplanken seitlich eingeschoben werden.

      hab leider kein Bild gemacht, aber war m.M.n nicht möglich diese Muttern alle zu lösen. Ich hatte sie fast komplett auseinander, aber kam wegen des verbleibenden Gehäuses nicht dran. Ich hab eigentlich fast alles an Werkzeug da und trotzdem zu eng/verwinkelt.

      Wollte die Teile nur polieren, hab ich dann angebaut erledigt.

      rather flat and like a yellow disk and does not have a classic LED housing.

      Yes, that is pretty much the same thing in different packages, those are available as well and generally produce more light,
      and applied over aluminum cooling plate.
      This type is used in light bulb assembly.
