      Hallo,
      evtl könnt ihr mir bei meiner Jura Z6 Black Diamant weiter helfen. Die Maschine macht Milchschaum, aber reine Milch wird nicht angesaugt. Wenn ich die Düse nur leicht verspannt funktioniert das wieder. Eine funktionierende Schaumdüse habe ich von einer Z6 eines Bekannten getestet, dasselbe Verhalten. Gibt es in diese Richtung bekannte Probleme, evtl dass sich die Blende verformt oder so? Mit der Blende der anderen Z6 (BJ 2016, anderes Design) funktioniert es wieder mit der Milch. Danke schon mal für Tipps

    • Hallo,

      was die Haube angeht ist nichts bekannt, nur was die
      Cappuccinatore angeht:
      Jura Z6/8 Cappuccinatore: Probleme, bzw. Defekt

      Warum das bei Dir mit der Haube zusammenspielt ist
      mit nicht klar - aber es kommt ja auch dazu, dass das
      Loch auch je nach Lage des Milchschlauches evtl. ein
      wenig größer oder kleiner wird…
      Vielleicht auch je nachdem wie stark die Haube die
      Cappuccinatore in die Halterung drückt.

      Ansonsten blieben eine lockere Dampfdüse oder die
      Dichtungen der Dampfdüse als mögliche Ursache
      denkbar.

    • Hallo
      kontroliere mal ob alle Halter noch an der Haube sind
      denn die neuere V1 ist von hinten einwenig anders darum muß in dem Fall beides getauscht werden
      ob das hilft kann ich dir nicht sagen aber von Jura gab es eben bei der V1 die Änderung
      und wenn die nicht fest sitzt kann der Stellmotor den Aufschäumer weg drücken
      in der richtung würde ich erst mal suchen

    • Das ist auch eine Möglichkeit. Aber es wurde nicht
      gesagt, dass da ein Defekt vorliegt und die Haube
      nicht mehr richtig sitzt.

    • Ich kaufe jetzt erst mal eine neue Düse, die Halter sind alle dran am Deckel und der Motor fährt auch.
      Sonst finde ich auch nichts... Wenn die Düse innen so einen leichten Defekt hat wie oben im Video, kann es natürlich beim verspannen besser werden.... Ich melde mich wenn die da ist. Danke mal für die Hilfe soweit

      Was halt komisch ist, ist dass der andere angeblich
      funktionierende Aufschäumer den gleichen Fehler
      gezeigt haben soll.

    • This must be clearly design or poor manufacturing error.
      My like new Z8 is having exactly the same problem, milk starts but virtually instantly changes to steam and spitting only.
      There is a lot of angry posts about this while searching Google.
      Makes you wonder how they can sell machines for this money with oversight like this ?(

    • The cappuccinatore is seen from Jura more than
      a wear part and costs about 30€.
      It lasts for mostly 3000-4000 milk froth drinks.
      Thats not optimal, but i.m.o. tolerable.

    • By machines with 126 milk drinks the defect of the cappuccinatore
      in this way:

      should not be the Problem...

      Another Problem is, if the milktemperature is set too hot,
      it can cause trouble by making milk froth. So never set the
      milktemperature too hot.

      My problem with the Z6/8 ist the poor construction of the
      coffee spout LEDs. If you have a machine with more than
      10.000 brews you have to have luck, that both LEDs work
      without problems in both colors. And the LEDs are not sold
      seperat, so you have to change the whole coffee spout and
      ist costs about 200€.
      In one case I had a Z6 with about 4.500 brews and one LED
      already flickerd in amber and than after short time it only
      "offered" the white light. Very annoying...

      I tried absolutely everything, there is threads elsewhere going on for years about this issue.
      Milk temperature set to 1, go figure ... This is clearly design defect and Jura should own to it!
      Anyway, the LED's shouldn't be big deal to repair. Seeing the component's and manufacturer Jura is using
      those LEDs should be replaceable. But again, absolutely unacceptable for this price!

      BTW tried yesterday to remove and fix the wiggling spout but failed to take it apart.
      The chrome version has the upper front plate nuts hidden behind some plastic.
      I did not figure out how to take out the front panel. Removed bunch of screws but it was still holding together.
      Didn't want to break anything :/

      I don‘t know how to disassemble the front of a Z8 Chrome.
      Never saw such a machine in real life. Looks like you have
      to find it out by yourself with try an error…
      The exploded drawing only shows 3 nuts at every panel.
      The display has to be removed before. If the nuts was
      tightened hard, it could be, that the panels hanging in
      the thread of the threaded bolts

      The LEDs seems more to be a impossible deal. Never found
      this approx. 3mm special LEDs with 2 pins in any shop.
      If current direction is the one direction its light is bright white.
      If the direction of the current is opposite its light is amber.
      And in both cases the voltage is also different!

      If you find such LEDs in any shop recommendations are
      welcome.

      Both left and right panels (metal) have only 2 nuts, only the bottom ones are accessible
      The middle part behind the spout it self is plastic, and I did not figure out how to remove it.
      It locks under the display but I don't think that's where the separation should start, since it's not flexible enough.
      I suspect there is a screw hidden behind it.
      If I ever need fix the spout liting I will for sure share my experience here.

    • The panels in silver has three. look at the photos:

      All my three Z6 had plastic panels, so I can‘t
      say anything to metal panels. I only knew that
      behind the plastic panels screws are hidden.
      Perhaps its enough to loose the screws at the
      bottom of the front and you are already able to
      clip ist out at the top complete…

    • For the middle part move coffee spout up till its stop.
      Grab the middle panel at the bottom with your fingers
      and pull it at the bottom out and than down. Its only
      clipped and goes out very easy.
