Jura Z5 (G2) Impressa - extra part that I can't ID anywhere, Probably from the drainage valve?

    • Jura Z5 (G2) Impressa - extra part that I can't ID anywhere, Probably from the drainage valve?

      Hersteller: Jura | Typ-/Modell: Z5 (G2) Impressa | ca. Baujahr: Unbekannt

Hi folks, I'm in trouble again :)
Recently took Z5 brew group a part and now I have extra piece that I never seen before, and I have no idea where it goes
I suspect that it must be somewhere in the drainage valve, but can't find any pictures of it even searching specifically for the Z5 drainage valve.

      Thanks

for technical terms and hope for an „accurate or useful hit“…

    • Mostly recycled parts like the carrier for ceramic valve( Mitnehmer für das Jura Keramikventil) that loves to get stripped.
Once I found it in german language found deals 1/3 of the price compared when searching for listings available on the Canadian site.
It's strange, even searching seller's shop will not show those parts unless they are with english description.

I'm puzzled why there is no Canadian dealer for Jura parts at reasonable price. Machines are officially sold here so WTF?!
There is parts dealer in US that ships to canada but shipping is crazy expensive and pars cost 3x compare to european shops.
I will not mention the name here (unless you want me to :) ) but it's advertised all over.
    • Part like the Mitnehmer für das Keramikventil are
no official spareparts and are not sold by Jura.
The dealers in Germany who sell parts like this
sell used parts from disassembled defective
      valves.

One other term is, that in Europe the most of all
machines have 230V in US and CAN I think the
      very most machines have 110V.
The much less common parts are much more
      expensive, due to rarity.

Also some of the cheaper spare parts are not
original Jura. But this doesn‘t have to mean
automatically, that they have worse quality

So a bigger market with some „dealer competition“
      induces better prices.

    • I understand that but if Steam pipe for the Z5 is 11 euro and dealer in NA is selling it for 34USD that is not reasonable.
Don't even ask how much they want here for orings and screws, just ridicules.
Will send you private link, your head will spin when you see those prices.
Jura should make parts available here for the public if they sell their equipment here.
    • I understand what you are meaning ;)
The prices are quite "exclusive" like the Miele spare part
      prices in Germany.

I deleted the link in your last post. Jura doesn´t like if there
copyright protected documents are postet in public. At this
webside can be found such ducoments and we want no
      trouble with Jura here.
