      on magnifica s ground coffee goes dry to cake box without any water out of the nozzles and regular espresso is thin with dry parts inside coffee cake , could be piston problem?

    • Hello, the upper brewing piston probably needs to be revised. Likewise the brewing group and the sieve of the brewing group as well as the crema valve in the piston of the brewing group. Instructions can be found in the download area.

      What has the machine been descaled with so far? The original delonghi descaler is not good. Always use descaler based on amidosulfonic acid. Here in the shop, Durgol or Eilfix powder.
