Greeting from the UK, sorry i do not speak German but have used this site to purchase parts for my Jura machine, which has got the machine up and running excellent.

Problem i am having is the coffee is coming out very thin, i suspect i need to replace the burrs as machine has done over 10,000 shots.

My machine is Jura XS9 Pro Aroma+

Please could you recommend me replacement burrs as i am struggling to find the right one on komtra store. Thank you

Hi, my grinder does not look like the one you have linked to. Mine looks like older version I think.

Perhaps previous owner changed it in the past to the older style one.

Does the old style grinder work in this machine?

Hallo, mein Schleifer sieht nicht so aus wie der, mit dem du verbunden bist. Mine sieht aus wie ältere Version, die ich denke.
Vielleicht hat der vorherige Besitzer es in der Vergangenheit in den älteren Stil verwandelt.
Funktioniert der alte Stilschleifer in dieser Maschine?

It produces thin coffee and the pucks are all broken, the burrs themselves look different different to the aramo+ burrs.

Maybe previous owner tried changing the burrs?

I was wondering if calibration may be an issue for my grinder? because i took it out to clean and when i put it back in coffee became thin.

Is there a certain position the grinder ring must be in when placing in machine?

I took out grinder, removed upper and lower burrs, removed the lower bracket and put everything into a soapy water to wash.

I removed the black gear too.

It was making good espresso before, i forgot to mark the positions of the gear before dissemble!

i completely dismantled the top section. When i put back in i rotated gear maximum clockwise to lock position and used that position as my 0 (finest) position.
