Hersteller: Jura | Typ-/Modell: Z5 (G2) Impressa | ca. Baujahr: 2022 I have z5 here and the drainage valve solenoid is extremely noisy compared to S9 and S9 one touch. Is there any way to dampen it? sounds like a gunshot Thanks Mechanische Kenntnisse vorhanden: NEIN | Elektrische Kentnisse vorhanden: NEIN | Messgerät vorhanden: NEIN

He also mentioned water under the machine. Zitat von BlackSheep: „Zitat von KaylanStaff: „ “ Zitat von KaylanStaff: „I also suspect the circuit board. Could that have been a hit too? “ From a damaged sinker, water does not come under the machine "if it makes a hit". There must also be more than pure damage to the circuit board, since the OT fuse according to your description not trigger either. So it will definitely not be enough to repair the power electronics and In any case, you have to find …

I think the amounts you would come in contact with are not even measurable. There is plenty of other stuff in your environment that is way more dangerous. Can you please comment on how tight you set the screws when you assemble it back together? Thanks

I will for sure reinforce the new head I have coming in before I install it as well. Will do it with the 3M 5200 that thing is the best sealant I ever used. It can withstand huge stress without delamination. 3mcanada.ca/3M/en_CA/p/d/b40066983/

Degreased with acetone I did it slightly different way, no drilling, I inserted 2 silicone tubes where those screws are located and will remove them after it sets.

Thanks, will look up specs of the glue you used Well, then better plastic cast if aluminum wouldn't work EDIT Shocking, UHU ENDFEST 300 available here as well, will give it a try!

More question about changing the ceramic valve head. How much torque you guys apply to those 2 screws holding the black plastic head to the plastic body? Still can't believe how cheaply the whole thing is made. Aluminum casting would be piece of art and permanent Also seen some posts asking about reinforcing the cast is self, and I believe you all said it's a waste of time. I have some 3M 5200 permanent marine adhesive that is suitable for underwater use and it never failed me doing work on my f…

Someone swapped the hoses on the Schwenkverteiler output while trying to fix broken steam pipe. All good now Thank you!
-
Thank you, will do that! I presume it's located somewhere under the display since the lever that is pushed by the selenoid goes that way.

Thank you! English it is If I go to the manual Rinse menu,Maintenance/Rinse, it will first rinse the left spout, then it will tell me rinsing the left spout but after pressing rinse button it will rinse the main spout instead. When making Cappuccino it will froth the milk but coffee will come from the main spout.

Hersteller: Jura | Typ-/Modell: Z5 (G2) Impressa | ca. Baujahr: Unbekannt My Z5 project is almost done but I have problem with the "one touch" cappuccino, it's not so one touch here ... The coffee is coming from the main spout when brewing. First I thought the solenoide does not activate, but it does (I see it extended), and it also works when rinsing the unit manually, except left is right and right is left . Brewing Espresso or Coffee it uses correctly the main spout. Where should I start trou…

Just to update, confirmed bad head on the valve. Swapped the ceramic valve to Z5 and I can see how it bleeds from the body casting. Why they make it so cheap is beyond me, they charge arm and leg for these machines here. New head ordered. Getting seriously wired from all the coffee testing Also discovered problem on the Z5 but will ask in new thread about it.

Jura Z5 (G2) Impressa - extra part that I can't ID anywhere, Probably from the drainage valve?
BeitragZitat von BlackSheep: „Oh, didn't know that, I thought that my google translator is messing up the forum somehow Funny you mention Miele, that is another overpriced "joke" here ! “

Jura Z5 (G2) Impressa - extra part that I can't ID anywhere, Probably from the drainage valve?
BeitragI understand that but if Steam pipe for the Z5 is 11 euro and dealer in NA is selling it for 34USD that is not reasonable. Don't even ask how much they want here for orings and screws, just ridicules. Will send you private link, your head will spin when you see those prices. Jura should make parts available here for the public if they sell their equipment here.

Jura Z5 (G2) Impressa - extra part that I can't ID anywhere, Probably from the drainage valve?
BeitragMostly recycled parts like the carrier for ceramic valve( Mitnehmer für das Jura Keramikventil) that loves to get stripped. Once I found it in german language found deals 1/3 of the price compared when searching for listings available on the Canadian site. It's strange, even searching seller's shop will not show those parts unless they are with english description. I'm puzzled why there is no Canadian dealer for Jura parts at reasonable price. Machines are officially sold here so WTF?! There is …

Jura Z5 (G2) Impressa - extra part that I can't ID anywhere, Probably from the drainage valve?
BeitragZitat von BlackSheep: „ my english is too bad. In several times I have to search and translate for technical terms and hope for an “accurate hit”… “ I'm running the forum interface in Google translate mode and so far so good Biggest problem is searching for parts on ebay, since it never shows the "Jura good stuff" taht is most of the time listed in Europe.
