With everyone out of the house for holidays I opened it up again, the hint how to remove the plastic panel behind the spout did the trick and there was screw hidden behind it. Now, my fears are confirmed, there is broken piece of plastic that is nowhere to be found. Any ideas on how to proceed fixing it? I presume it is virtually impossible to get the part it self for reasonable cost. Also the spout is not holding it's position well, it likes to drop, is there tension adjustment on it somewhere?…

Zitat von JoenneJuraSchraubaer: „Zitat von apejovic: „WD40 is a great way to remove glue residue. “ Exactly my words. The stuff is good for cleaning, especially adhesive residues. But not as a contact spray or for lubricating, as many think. “ Very true but careful, this is changing now, the BRAND WD40 makes many lubricants, they all carry the brand WD40 name but they serve different purpose. All clearly marked on each product. wd40.com/products/

You got a mail... Zitat von JoenneJuraSchraubaer: „Zitat von BlackSheep: „Zitat von Lifeisfun: „Your english is perfect “ Thank you very much, but I know how often I have to search for words ongoogle and how long I need to think about whether the word expresses whatI want to say and I hope that it is correct. And then there's the matter of the sentence order and grammar, which differ from German and don't make "the thing" any easier to understand... “ Why don't you type the entire text in German…

Zitat von BlackSheep: „sorry, I don't know how to disassemble the front of a Z8 Chrome. Never saw such a machine in real life. Looks like you have to find it out by yourself with try an error… The exploded drawing only shows 3 nuts at every panel. The display has to be removed before. If the nuts was tightened hard, it could be, that the panels hanging in the thread of the threaded bolts The LEDs seem more to be an impossible deal. Never found this approx. 3mm special LEDs with 2 pins in any sho…

By machines with 126 milk drinks the defect of the cappuccinatore Zitat von BlackSheep: „in this way: Jura Z6/8 Cappuccinatore: Problems or defect shouldn't be the problem... Another problem is, if the milk temperature is set too hot, it can cause trouble by making milk froth. So never set the milk temperature too hot. My problem with the Z6/8 is the poor construction of the coffee spout LEDs. If you have a machine with more than 10,000 brews you have to have luck, that both LEDs work without pr…

The cappuccinatore is seen from Jura more than Zitat von BlackSheep: „a wear part and costs about 30€. It lasts for mostly 3000-4000 milk froth drinks. That's not optimal, but imo tolerable. “ This machine has 126 Milk drinks People with brand new machines have this problem out of the box. Nuf said

This must be clearly design or poor manufacturing error. My like new Z8 is having exactly the same problem, milk starts but virtually instantly changes to steam and spitting only. There is a lot of angry posts about this while searching Google. Makes you wonder how they can sell machines for this money with oversight like this

Hello, Zitat von BlackSheep: „ it may be that none of this fixes the error - but. I don't trust that NTC one single millimeter... - The cable is twisted at the beginning, - It seems like the cable is pieced under the hose. I would take a new one - and no hose etc. - just as originally. Then I would derust the connection of the power cable thst is seen in the foreground. Finally, I would replace the junky 1-ear clamp with an original clamp (this has shurely nothing to do with the problem - but it…

Hersteller: Jura | Typ-/Modell: Z8 | ca. Baujahr: 2020 Finally got hands on Z8 and I can't find any detailed drawing or video about the spout mounting. Part: komtra.de/jura-spare parts/jura-spare parts/coffee outlet-jura-z8-coffee-automats1.html komtra.de/forum/index.php/Attachment/17991/ Facing the front, on the left hand side you see pin sticking out. Can somebody tell me where/how it's mounted? I don't have the "balls" to open it without a drawing The one I got clearly doesn't work right. tha…

Happened twice yesterday evening so I couldn't resist to poke in it a bit. It will happen only when steaming milk (both making drink or milk only) I did recently change the thermistor on that boiler because it blown ( Error 4) Must be related. Another observation is that the Cappuccino temperature is extremely hot, and if I change it in the menu the temperature will stay the same. Any idea where to look for more clues?

Unfortunately no idea. Zitat von BlackSheep: „It could be a board defect. “ Zitat von JoenneJuraSchraubaer: „I've had countless Z5s, but I've never had such an error. Would be interesting to know if changing the controls would fix it. Allegedly. The display should have nothing to do with it. “ Thanks guys, strange, it's very rare ( happened only 4 times), first time I thought that I just pressed the wrong button but the last time I'm positive I pressed the steamed milk button. We do about 20 dri…

Hersteller: Jura | Typ-/Modell: Z5 Impressa | ca. Baujahr: Unbekannt I had to recently use my z5 way more heavily than usual and noticed strange behavior. Most of the times it's used to do milk based drink when turning it off while getting the prompt to clean the left spout when you press the rinse button occasionally it will go to standby instead of flushing the system. Same when steaming milk is used, it will start steaming and then go to standby. If I immediately power it on again it will wor…
