Also replaced the decoder, but everrytime i turn on the machine the brewunit goed down.. and it gets stuck there till i get error 8. thnx, i opend the display module, and checked all the prints for water damage, but couldnt find any traced of water getting inside. Cleaned them all with alcohol. But nothing. I can hear the pcb in the back click.. it wants to do something.. but its stuck somewhere.

thanks.. now i understand.. its not burnt! Going to replace the hexfets! Just replace with the same ones or do you have some upgraded versions of the hexfets?

if i understand correct, is it really 99% not possible to fix this because of the hexxfets? So only possibility is a new logic? Thanx

i dont understand. When i turn on machine, brew-unit stops in start-position. I rebuild the brew-unit again, but didnt see any isseus.. and still after making a cup of coffee, i get a coffee and the brew-unit drops the coffeepuck in the waste bin. Then the brew-unit goes up and all the way down (closed chamber) and stops.. then the machine is ready.

i had the same problem. See your logic board Water drops on the right side of the logic board caused it to burn.

thanks tobias, I first replaced (ORIGINAL J9.3 LOGIC) 1 diode 1n5401 with the same one.. machine worked for 1 week perfect. suddenly same one died. I replaced all 4 with 1n5401 (MC) original is 1n5401 (LD).. but machine does nothing and after a few seconds it gives error 6. Do you think ITS because i used the (mc?) I still can place the eeprom back in the old j9.3 logic. If you say that the j9.2 logic is not gonna work Thanx!
