i dont need the chip UX11V20 any more thanks. i am provided. it is repair time.

i am looking for a board with an UX11v20 (8 pin) chip. to transfer for my blown chip. if they bridged the relay pin to bypass the chip, i know enough. so i am curious if this forum brings me in contact with a board owner from for example a XS90 ( older jura machine), so i can start to make the powerboard back to original.

huh? what? i am looking for a board from a jura XS9

Hi i read on many places it is difficult to move this chips from one board to an other board because the chips die easy? but i guess they are heated to much and fried but with low melt solder no problem from my perspection. i am curious about response from people who killed these chips while soldering. Can somebody respond please... !! or people how have a board with this chip laying arround i am willing to buy a good chip. At this moment is is for my feeling like " a lot of people get car accid…

- thanks for the info i found the schematic earlier tonight. after i discover the relay pin (same pin connected to the ic) is bridge on the other end of the powerboard by the previous owner. i suspect the chip. do you know how a working board should act. - any idea if the boards can be splitted or are the cpuboard and powerboard from the Giga line married together? ADMIN: Only pictures drawn or photgraphed by your own, and not with copyrights from somebody else!

@RolandM you wrote you repaired a few giga powerboards. can you tell me more about the UX11v20 8pin chips which are obsolete, do they die easily or did you never have a dead chip ? from what i found on the web it is a dc/dc convertor and comparator chip and i was curious if there is an easy check to detect it is ok or not ok. it activates one or more relays on the powerboard.

This weekend i heared from the previous owner that he swapped board connectors to the wrong connectors and i discovered solder work what i don t like. my question: Does somebody have boards from a Giga X9 for sale. Broken boards or just one board power or cpu board are also welcome. ich suche eine elektronik platine satz oder nur power oder cpu board. bastler platinen sind sehr wilkomm. please drop a message here if you have.

@RolandM yes you were right i found some info on github about building diagnostic board Q42 / Spark Photon. and also about the Eeprom info from the 93LC86, but it was too late. i already transfered the cpu back to the original board. after i didn t go where i hoped togo to. i hope i didn t damage the flash content in the cpu or the Eeprom content. it stil boot up but now end in Error 15 but i found all supply voltages by there connector number and what i should find and where it goes to.

are you pointing to S13624 ? also or?
-
@BlackSheep Hello does this mean that it is not allowed to later upload and share self made reverse-enginered diagrams here?
-
but did you reverse engineer the boards yet or? does anybody here have parts manual from impressie x9. named S13210 EU version if yes please share. it has wiring on the last 4 pages. there can be learned a lot from those wiring diagram if there are no diagrams from the Giga X series. unless somebody reversed it already.

i am looking for the supplied voltage, to check if they are present. can someone share them with me. what voltage should be present original be measured on the psu board below the cpu board? like for brewgroup, vent, ....12v? 48v? i found: - 5volt for TTL (continue) - 24 volt for fan. (switched) the transformer on the side with 3 outputs. delivers : ww - 30.77v= grgr - 22.85= blbl -15v = will send pictures later.

lol that is a cmos timer? so did i overlook? i didn t find a eeprom because the flash is in the stm/arm from what i found. i have seen all components on the board. lots of hex invertors and about 5 motor drivers and that is mostly it. and i have seen the 6 pin port but thought jura would protect there software if they do that creepy about protecting connection diagrams. @RolandM i am just looking here for somebody who can help me Quick ontrack. so i can share my experience back here for others l…

ah ok i will but what is the component? did i over look it? 7555ID ? 8 pin U2 if i remember ,not being behind the board
-
but to come back to the discussion: i would suspectvthat when i transfer the STM to a working board because the equipt stm is flashed for a X3 that it would work but why is my brewgroup not moving anymore?. somebody has a connector wiring to the cpu board here? or a good picture to compare with mine. because at the botom (floor of the unit) behind the silver cap there is laying a 4 wired cable?
-
@RolandM i transfered the STM to an other board. but tomorrow i will transfer it back. how can i export the flash content? i suspect the content has a readout protection not? is there a way to connect to the diagnostic port? is it RS232 or spi? for example connect to a therminal client
