      Hello, I sell these online, I NEED TO SET THE DRINK COUNT BACK TO ZERO or some arbitrary number, how to do it? There must be a way!

    • There's no way to do this other than having Jura replace the electronics with a new one or tampering with or replacing the EEPROM on the control unit. However, this can only be done by a very experienced tinkerer, who either has to figure out how to do it themselves or has an EEPROM with a lower cup count to set in. Since this is also fraudulent, this topic is closed.
      Even an authorized Jura customer service cannot reset the drink count back with the "Jura-Animation-Software".
