Ich habe meine Kaffeemaschine letztes Jahr gekauft. Es hat gut funktioniert und ich pflege es regelmäßig.
Im Dezember letzten Jahres trat dieses Problem auf:
1. Ich schalte die Kaffeemaschine ein
2. Im Display leuchtet das Symbol für Heißwasser/Dampf
3. Ich drehe den Heißwasserknopf nach rechts, wie es die Maschine verlangt
4. Das Symbol für Heißwasser/Dampf blinkt und aus dem Dampf-/Heißwasserausgang fließt kaltes Wasser.
5. Das Wasser fließt, bis ich den Knopf nach links drehe oder bis Wasser im Tank ist.
6. Dies wiederholt sich ständig.
Es war zweimal im Service-Center:
1. Beim ersten Mal sagten sie mir, dass es durch zu viel Calcit im Wasser verursacht wird und die Wartung häufiger durchgeführt werden muss
2. Beim zweiten Mal konnten sie das Problem nicht reproduzieren und schickten das Gerät zurück
Allerdings habe ich das Problem wieder. Ich habe das ganze Internet auf Englisch, Tschechisch und Deutsch durchsucht. Ich habe nur dieses eine weitere Auftreten des Problems für ein anderes Modell Nivona CafeRomatica NICR 710 - Problem mit Heißwasser/Dampf /
Es macht mich wahnsinnig. Bitte helfen Sie.

I bought my coffee machine last year. It worked fine and I maintain it regularly.
In the December last year it started having this issue:
1. I turn on the coffe machine
2. The symbol for hot water/steam lights up on the display
3. I turn the hot water knob to right as requested by the machine
4. The symbol for hot water/steam is blinking and cold water is flowing from the steam/hot water output.
5. The water is flowing until I turn the knob to the left or until there is water in the tank.
6. This repeats perpetually.
It was twice in the service center:
1. First time they told me it is caused by having too much calcite in water and the maintanace needs to be done more often
2. Second time they weren't able to reproduce the issue and returned the machine back
However I have the issue again. I searched whole internet in English, Czech and German. I only this one other occurence of the issue for a different model Nivona CafeRomatica NICR 710 - Problem mit Heißwasser/Dampf
It is driving me nuts. Please, help.
