    • Jura Z5 Impressa - short circuit direct when powercord in socket, also with powerswitch off

      Hersteller: Jura | Typ-/Modell: Z5 Impressa | ca. Baujahr: 2020

Directly when putting the powercord in the socket it short circuits. Also when i have the powerswitch Off!

I chamged powerswitch and cord.. it worked an hour.. but now it again short circuits.

I dont understand anymore where to search?

I fixxed one leak. The ventil near the brewunit solenoid was leaking..

Someone who can tell me wat to search for?

    • Hello,

I had yesterday exactly the same problem with a Z9.
Only 3 parts of the machine can cause the problem
at the Z5, if it is the FI-switch that "falls".

One of the two heaters or the electromagnet that
      pushes the drainage-valve has a short-circuit to
ground. May be even or again caused through
      humidity.

In my case I had to replace the left heater because
      of a defective heating-coil.

If the date of build is really 2020, make shure that
there is no waranty left on the machine.
