I told you, to replace the two foil capacitor, 100nF and 150nF, no electrolyte capacitor. And no diode on the PCB with the heat think. The four diodes for the full bridged rectifier for the 9V AC is close to the Relais, four Pin Header.
If you send me a picture, of the two PCBs I would mark the parts. That's much easier than writing. I can no Dutch, my English must be enough.
