Hi, the descale product is especially for these coffee machines, i bought it here on the webshop. nevertheless, if was only by your remark i took out the brewing unit, and noticed a lot of coffee restant blocked the brewing unit. Hi Kai, The machine is not working with the door opened. I took out the unit and you can see the water standing. When opening the machine I see that the 'niederhalter fur das entluftungsventil' is broken. Before ordering this sparepart Part I want to be sure that this broken part can be the reason for the leak? Ok! I will try this evening. This morning no noise anymore, but also no coffee. I suppose the electric engine is dead now.

I will check it! Anywhere a manual how i can reach this engine? Thanks

In the beginning it was the same noise as if there were no coffeebones anymore in the machine. (but there are) But, since last week it's making more and more noise, sometimes it sounds like the mixer is having it difficult to turn/mix. As I want to change the o-ring/ dichtung of the 'Brüheinheit' of my coffeemachine I would like to order the spareparts (my kaffeemaschine is starting to make more noise, and the used coffee seems to more wet than before in the drawer).
