BeitragHave a nice day. I would like to ask for your help with the same problem as in the first post. The coffee maker works, but the coffee used is very moist, it does not retain its shape. It doesn't matter what grinding settings I use. When cleaning or brewing coffee, there is also more water in the collection bowl. Could there be a problem with the seal on the brewing unit or something else? Thank you very much
